Nope! Your Blinq Box handles that all by itself. Just use your TV as normal - the box will wake up when you turn on your TV and take a nap when you turn it off.
When things need a fresh start:
Unplug everything (yes, everything!)
Plug back in this order:
Blinq Box power cord to wall
HDMI cable to TV
Webcam to Blinq Box USB port
3. Position webcam on top of TV, pointing slightly down at your viewing area
4. Switch to your Blinq HDMI channel
5. Follow the setup prompts to reconnect to WiFi
If you need a quick fix, try using your Blinq remote: press the gear button (next to the white apps button), select device preferences, and hit restart. For the best results when troubleshooting, try both this method and the full reset method above - sometimes your Blinq Box just needs a little extra attention!

Your Blinq Box is pretty low maintenance, but here's what you need for the best experience and to keep those rewards coming:
Keep a stable internet connection (WiFi dropouts are no fun!)
Make sure your webcam can see you during sessions (it's not being nosy, promise!)
Complete at least one 30-minute session weekly (think of it as your TV date night)
Check those indicator lights on both box and webcam
If things seem off, a quick reset usually does the trick
Occasionally unplug your webcam and recalibrate in the Blinq app for best performance
